Refrigeration inherently dries the air, all cooling coils are virtual dehumidifiers, that is why they all have condensate drains.
The primary idea is to replenish moisture before the cool dry air touches the produce.
Our ultrasonic Humidifiers create mist with water droplet size of 1 micron. This ensures total evaporation into the air, without wetting product or packaging.
Our units come with complete electrical control panel, including all transformers and safeties. All you need to provide is water and power, and an RH sensor/control, if not purchased from us.
Our patented series of ultrasonic humidifiers also contibute to clean air in your facility. The ultrasonic pressure waves nebulize not only the water but also materials in the water including viruses, fungi, bacteria, and other impurities.
Each unit is designed and built for simplicity of installation and maintenance. Simply plug the electrical cord into a standard outlet, and turn the humidifier on. Power is 220/110 volts and 50/60 hertz.
